Terms of Service
Last updated: June 7, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of JSON Wallet, available at https://jsonwallet.com (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
JSON Wallet is a free, browser-based tool for formatting, validating, editing, comparing, repairing and transforming JSON data. You may use it for personal and commercial purposes. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to disrupt the Service, reverse-engineer it for malicious ends, or use it to process content that is illegal.
2. No account required
The Service does not require registration. The JSON content you work with is processed entirely within your browser and is not transmitted to or stored by us. See our Privacy Policy for details.
3. "As is" — no warranty
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any formatting, validation or repair operation will produce a particular result. You are responsible for verifying any output before relying on it.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, JSON Wallet and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Because your data is processed locally, you are solely responsible for backing up any important documents.
5. Intellectual property
The Service, including its design, code, branding and written guides, is owned by JSON Wallet and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain all rights to the JSON content you input; we claim no ownership over it.
6. Advertising
The Service is supported by third-party advertising, including Google AdSense. Your use of the Service is also subject to the advertising and data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Third-party links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party site, and linking to them does not imply our endorsement.
8. Changes to the Service and Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. When we update the Terms we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
